Job Title: Business Process Architect Company: Accenture in India SAP Module: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear performance indicators. The professional dedicates time to reviewing quality management aspects to ensure that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, the role involves educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a deep understanding of the process designs, facilitating smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. * Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives. * Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth. Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Professional & Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). * Strong expertise in designing and optimizing business processes within enterprise resource planning environments. * Ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to drive process improvements. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. * Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards. * Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage stakeholders at various levels. * The candidate should have minimum 7.3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). * This position is based at our Hyderabad office. * A 15 years full time education is required.
