Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology\-focused environment.
* Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD\-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.
* Strong skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.
* Hands\-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
* Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.
* Familiarity with API\-driven architectures and integration projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in Agile including SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.
