Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed and clear requirements. * Documentation: Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customizations. * Salesforce Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions. * Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists * Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing. * User Training and Support: Provide training to end\-users on new features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. * Report and Dashboard Creation: Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data visibility. * Collaboration: Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience \- Required * Total 8\+ yrs of relevant IT experience. * 5\+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst role \-Required * Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications \- Required * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. * Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately, and tactfully * Solid presentation and facilitation skills * Must be highly organized, able to effectively prioritize work, be oriented to detail, and have excellent follow through * In\-depth knowledge of CPQ software platform * Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge Benefits Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High\-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
