Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with excellent presentation and communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and interpreting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and recommending solutions to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering:

Work closely with business units to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
• Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through business process mapping.

Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Reporting and Presentations:

Design and develop reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate key business metrics and trends.

Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments, including Government verticals also finance, marketing, and operations, to gather and analyze data relevant to their respective functions and hierarchy.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
• B.com, BBA, MBA preferred.
• Freshers are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
