Job Title: Business Analyst, Content & Standards Division Company: IMDA Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: \[What the role is] This role sits within the Media Policy \& Content (MPC) Group. to reflect societal values, maintain social cohesion, and This role is pegged at the Manager level, within the Content \& Standards Division. \[What you will be working on] * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with management, end\-users, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for AI solutions. * Translate Business Needs: Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with development teams and business goals. * Facilitate Process Improvements: Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation or optimization using AI tools. * Conduct Testing: Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet business requirements and maintain high\-quality standards. * Create Reports and Dashboards: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support data\-driven decision\-making across teams. * Train and Support Users: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI solutions. * Drive Strategic Value: Work proactively to identify areas where AI can add value to the division goals, driving efficiency and innovation.
