Job Title: Branch Assistant/ Operations Manager Company: Silgate Solutions Ltd Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Hiring: Branch Manager / Assistant Operations Manager Department: Operations / Distribution Reports To: General Manager – Operations Key Responsibilities * Manage daily branch operations, sales, dispatch, billing, and collections. * Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets. * Monitor inventory, stock availability, expiry, and supply chain activities. * Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and proper storage standards. * Lead branch teams and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance. * Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain operations. * ERP/SAP or distribution management software proficiency preferred. Qualification \& Experience * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA preferred. * 0-1 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, or related industries. Key Skills: Billing Salary: INR 1e+06 - 1.5e+06 per yearly
