Region APC \> Service APC \> Operating Model \& Process Improvement APAC We are seeking a highly analytical and service\-oriented Business Process expert \-professional to support service operations across the APAC region. The role is responsible for enterprise system administration, business reporting, data governance, user support, and process optimization. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field * 3\+ years of experience in business systems administration, reporting, data management, or operational support * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI mandatory and preferable experience in SAP, , SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 applications * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills * Preferably Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM\-201\) * Experience supporting enterprise business applications, data integration, reporting automation, and service operations environments Across the globe, we have installed more wind power than anyone else.
