Job Title: Big Warehouse Assistant | 3 PL | International Clients & Logistics Company: Naukri Assist Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities Need a candidate who can manage the daily operations of a warehouse or state depot, mainly handling finished goods, inventory, dispatches, third-party warehouse operators (3PL), and compliance. The role is not just about supervising warehouse workers. It also involves inventory reconciliation, cost control, MIS reporting, ERP transactions, and compliance with state excise rules. Key responsibilities in simple language Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse and depot activities. Inventory Management: Track stock availability, FIFO, ageing, stock reconciliation, and shortages. Dispatch Management: Ensure finished goods reach distributors and depots on time. 3PL Management: Coordinate with outsourced warehouse operators and transporters. Compliance: Maintain excise-related documents, permits, licenses, and internal controls. Cost Control: Monitor warehouse expenses, invoices, and operational budgets. Safety and Quality: Maintain safe storage and accurately record damaged or broken goods. Work Location: Bhiwandi, Delhi / NCR, India Availability: Full time
