Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : * Analysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution; debugging may be required in certain cases * Supporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chain * Shift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response times * Experience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flows * Experience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standards * Several years of experience in the logistics domain Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
