Job Description Roles \& Responsibilities : 1\) Act as the finance subject\-matter expert with strong SAP technical knowledge. Bridge Operations, FI\-CO key users and project teams, and drive process excellence and KPIs. 2\) Key Responsibilities Steer accounting standards and process improvements with team leads and experts. Ensure implementation of new accounting policies / standards as per IND AS \& IFRS KPI ownership : Drive central and local KPIs with the team. Establish, define and monitor the local KPIs and steer them on a regular cadence to improve the process efficiency and timelines S/4HANA migration support Advise on S/4 SAP migration considerations, and coordinate between Operations, FI\-CO key users and project teams. Take responsibility for data cleansing activities (master data and open items). 6\) Review and support the Statutory Financials quarterly as per IND AS: Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications Educational qualification:CA/CMA Qualified, 5 years post qualification. Experience : 2-3 years’ experience in medium or large manufacturing Industry in accounting functions. Must have handled Year’s Annual Audit as per IFRS / Ind AS. Preferred Skills : Prior experience in manufacturing industry. Key Skills: General Ledger Salary: INR 312000 - 626000 per yearly
