As an Associate Software Engineer at RecordPoint you are early in your engineering career, building the technical foundations, product knowledge and delivery discipline that lead to the Software Engineer role. You engage hands\-on across the software development lifecycle on well\-scoped work, with close guidance from senior engineers. FY27 turns on growing output faster than headcount, so the pace at which you build capability and start contributing is a real outcome. * Engage in hands\-on development across the full Software Development Lifecycle * Participate in the design, delivery, and training of RecordPoint solutions to customers * Support our Cloud\-based SaaS service and build an understanding of the deployment models for both RecordPoint on\-premises and Cloud\-based solutions * Perform engineering analysis of products and provide sound decision making for software engineering and product development * Ensure technical designs are well documented, kept up to date, and communicated across the engineering team * Ensure code is maintained and testable through automated testing frameworks * Keep abreast of technology trends and incorporate new standards and technology into the product where appropriate * Work alongside other engineers, participate in engineering meetings and assist other team members where required * Develop your productivity skills by learning source control, editors, the build system, and other tools as well as testing best practices * Develop knowledge of a single component of our architecture Why you’ll want this role Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW Work Location: Sydney, Australia Availability: Full time
