Job Title: Associate Principal Consultant - SAP S4HANA EWM Company: Bristlecone Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Consultant for its S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on delivering SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA, driving configuration, integration, and optimization of warehouse processes while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and post‑go‑live support. Responsibilities * Lead full lifecycle SAP EWM projects on S/4HANA (Blueprint to Go‑Live). * Configure inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse structures. * Design and implement warehouse orders, waves, and yard management solutions. * Integrate EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules, including IDoc and MFS interfaces. * Set up and maintain EWM master data (products, packaging specs, handling units, work centers, resources). * Drive Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM scenarios and RF framework customizations. * Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP team for enhancements. * Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage defect resolution. * Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑share initiatives. Information Security Responsibilities * Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. * Take part in information security training and act while handling information. * Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO). * Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role. Qualifications * Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience, with at least 2 full‑cycle implementations on S/4HANA. * Proven expertise in Embedded EWM (mandatory) and familiarity with Decentralized EWM. * Deep functional knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, putaway, picking, and warehouse layout optimization. * Strong understanding of handling units, RF transactions, and labor management. * Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, TM and handling IDocs, MFS. * Ability to create functional specifications and guide ABAP enhancements. * Proficient in test planning, execution, and defect management across unit, integration, and UAT phases. * Excellent communication skills to liaise with business and technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated capability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and drive best‑practice adoption. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; SAP EWM certification is a plus.
