Job Title: Associate Company: Acuity knowledge Partners Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Title\- Sr Associate Department\- Private markets Job Purpose\-The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end\-to\-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice receipt, validation, processing, and 3\-way matching (PO, invoice, GRN) * Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, monitor invoice ageing, and resolve discrepancies and queries * Maintain vendor master data and perform periodic reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance * Monitor T\&E compliance, flag policy exceptions, and ensure timely reimbursements within defined SLAs * Administer and manage the corporate card program including card issuance, limit monitoring, and cancellations * Support month\-end and year\-end close activities related to Accounts Payable and expense management * Track and report KPIs (invoice ageing, expenses, exceptions) using reporting tools such as Power BI * Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice lifecycle, and vendor management * Exposure to Power BI / reporting tools preferred * Ability to manage stakeholder communication and vendor interactions Work Location: Haryana, India Availability: Full time

Experience\- 3\-6yrs * Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines across all processes * 0-2 years of experience in AP, T\&E, Corporate Card, and Finance Operations * Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Experience in handling high\-volume transactions and tight deadlines Key Skills: Accounts Payable Salary: Not disclosed
