You will partner closely with Finance, Business, and Technology stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable insights. You will build and deploy Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards and use SQL and Python to curate high-quality datasets on Snowflake and Databricks. You will apply strong governance and project execution discipline using Jira to manage priorities, mitigate risks, and communicate delivery status. You will support the ongoing evolution of the product controller analytics framework, including selective application of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Consumer and Business Banking Product Controllers team, you will deliver data-driven automation, analytics, and visualization solutions to improve reporting efficiency, transparency, and control outcomes. You will partner with Finance, Business, and Technology stakeholders to define requirements, translate needs into solutions, and support successful deployment. You will build and deploy Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards, and use SQL and Python on Snowflake and Databricks to curate datasets and enable scalable insights. You will apply governance and project execution discipline using Jira to manage priorities, mitigate risks, and support the ongoing evolution of the analytics framework, including selective application of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. This role follows a 2:00pm to 11:00pm (IST) shift. Job responsibilities * Drive and execute strategic priorities, projects, and initiatives for Product Controllers by translating business objectives into measurable analytics outcomes * Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver analytics solutions that improve transparency, controls, and decision-making * Automate new and existing reporting and control processes using data transformation and orchestration tools (for example, Alteryx) to reduce manual effort and operational risk * Design, build, maintain, and optimize Alteryx workflows, including implementing standards for performance, reusability, documentation, and auditability * Deploy and manage Alteryx workflows on Alteryx Server, including scheduling, monitoring, access controls, and incident triage and escalation * Develop, enhance, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products, including managing refresh schedules, permissions, and user enablement * Perform data mining, extraction, and transformation using SQL and Python to support ad hoc analysis, recurring reporting, and scalable data products * Leverage Snowflake and Databricks to source, curate, and model datasets, including implementing efficient queries and data structures for downstream analytics consumption * Evolve the data analytics framework by identifying new datasets, enabling new users, and promoting best practices for adoption and reuse * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across the analytics and product delivery lifecycle, proposing and implementing sustainable fixes * Apply governance discipline and manage delivery execution using Jira, including intake tracking, KPI definition and monitoring, backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, release tracking, and transparent status and risk communication JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
