Job Title: Associate Analyst– SAP OTC Company: Levi Strauss Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Summary of the role: About the role: Business Process Support * Work closely with business users to understand requirements and operational challenges. * Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and solutions. * Support process improvements and standardization initiatives. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT. * Investigate system and business process issues. * Analyze data using SAP and Microsoft Excel. * Support validation and data quality activities. * Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making. Learning & Development SAP OTC Support * Support day-to-day SAP OTC activities. * Assist in monitoring and resolving production support issues and service requests. * Analyze pricing, sales order, billing, and customer master data issues. * Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis. * Support testing activities for system enhancements, changes, and projects. * Exposure to SAP ERP or other ERP solutions. * Basic knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. * Exposure to sales operations, or customer master data management. * Experience supporting business applications. * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is beneficial but not required. * Exhibit core company behaviors that focus on how we at LS&Co. operate together day to day regardless of level, function or location * Know the Business; Own the Result; Company First; Be Part of the Solution; Lead by Example Work Location: KA, India Availability: Full time
