We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional to lead end\-to\-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and e\-commerce fulfillment while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management * Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. * Ensure smooth movement of inventory across stores, distribution centers, and e\-commerce channels. * Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and process efficiency. * Implement SOPs to improve operational accuracy and warehouse performance. Inventory \& Stock Management * Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic audits. * Monitor stock aging, damage control, shrinkage, and inventory reconciliation. * Coordinate with procurement, category, and store teams to ensure inventory availability. * Drive FIFO/FEFO practices for perishable and FMCG products. * Manage transportation and last\-mile coordination for store replenishments. * Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries while optimizing logistics costs. * Coordinate with third\-party logistics partners and transport vendors. * Monitor delivery KPIs and service levels. * Lead e\-commerce order fulfillment operations for online orders. * Ensure SLA adherence for platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other online channels. * Improve pick\-pack\-dispatch turnaround time and order accuracy. * Monitor customer returns and reverse logistics processes.
