About the Role As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Eloelo Group, you will own the day\-to\-day social media presence and contribute to the overall social strategy across our products and brands. This is a highly creative and execution\-focused role where you will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Creative, Product and Brand teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, community growth and product discovery. Key Responsibilities * 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role. * Strong hands\-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube. * Strong understanding of short\-form video, reels, memes, creator ecosystems and internet culture. * Excellent content sense with the ability to identify what is likely to trend, engage and get shared. * Strong copywriting and communication skills. * Ability to independently take an idea from concept → content → publishing → performance analysis. * Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, high\-growth startup environment. * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. * Experience in consumer internet, entertainment, gaming, OTT, media, or creator\-led businesses is an added advantage. * Experience working with influencers and creators is a plus. * Build and scale the social identity of multiple consumer entertainment products. * Work closely with creators, content teams and marketing leaders. * Experiment with new formats and ideas rather than following a fixed playbook. * Have significant ownership of content, community and social growth. * Work in a fast\-moving environment where social media directly contributes to brand and product growth.
