Assistant Manager (SAP ABAP Developer)

APL Apollo Tubes is hiring an Assistant Manager working as a SAP ABAP Developer in Noida, a role blending technical development with a managerial title reflecting seniority within the organization. You will develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs covering the full RICEFW range, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms, while working across SD, MM, FI, and PP modules for technical customizations. Collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders is central to gathering and analyzing requirements before development begins. Building and maintaining Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports rounds out the output-focused development work, alongside BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements for extending standard SAP functionality.

Candidates need 3-6 years of SAP ABAP development experience with strong expertise across RICEFW objects and the SD, MM, FI, and PP modules for technical customization work. Practical skills building Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports are required, along with BAPI, BADI, User Exit, and Enhancement development. Strong performance tuning and optimization skills are essential for maintaining custom ABAP programs. Integration experience using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs is needed to connect SAP with external systems. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, OData, S/4HANA, and the SAP BTP/CPI integration suite is a plus.
