Position Overview: Assistant Manager - Production will be responsible for daily production activities. He will ensure plant production as per plan, meeting all the quality parameters. He will be responsible for managing & guiding the team of production supervisors & shop floor employees. He will ensure that he & his team are focused on manufacturing cost control, continuous improvement, optimization of production throughputs and maintaining safe working environment. JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
