Assistant Manager - Materials Management

The Assistant Manager will manage end-to-end import procurement activities including sourcing, RFQ processing, commercial negotiations, purchase order placement, and supplier follow-up. The role involves coordinating with overseas suppliers for procurement of raw materials and components, handling import documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, monitoring shipment schedules, developing relationships with global suppliers, tracking commodity price movements, preparing procurement MIS reports, and driving cost optimization initiatives.

7-10 years in import purchase and international sourcing. Expertise in import-export procedures and SAP MM. Strong commercial negotiation skills. B.Tech/B.E. qualification.
