Assistant Manager - Engineering Maintenance

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Engineering Maintenance Company: Biogenico Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: * Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. * Maintain equipment related to LVP, sterile injectables and biologics manufacturing facilities. * Handle maintenance of HVAC, AHU, chillers, compressors, boilers, pumps and utility systems. * Manage maintenance of autoclaves, WFI systems, purified water systems and cleanroom equipment. * Support maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as formulation vessels, reactors, storage tanks, filtration systems and filling lines. * Ensure GMP, cGMP, WHO\-GMP and safety compliance. * Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance records, breakdown reports and equipment history cards. * Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and Utilities departments for smooth plant operations. * Handle spare parts management, vendor coordination and equipment qualification support. * Lead technicians and engineers and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
