Job Title: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Trainer Company: Offenso Hackers Academy Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Conduct technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * Teach Python programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science fundamentals. * Provide hands\-on training in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and technologies. * Guide students in developing real\-world AI/ML projects and practical applications. * Train students in supervised learning, unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation. * Introduce students to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and relevant AI tools. * Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project guidelines. * Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical tasks, and project reviews. * Clarify technical doubts and provide individual guidance to students. * Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry developments. * Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery and student progress. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. * Proficiency in Python programming. * Practical experience with libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Knowledge of data preprocessing, model building, training, testing, and evaluation. * Understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI. * Experience in developing AI/ML projects and practical applications. * Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. * 1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience. * Candidates with strong practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
