This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications and supporting business continuity. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime. * Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing. * Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and implement effective solutions. * Experience in debugging and troubleshooting within enterprise resource planning environments. * Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies. * Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and support methodologies.
