Together with analytics team leaders you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results. * Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders * Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes * Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance * Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver * Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders * Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices * Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards * Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus More about this role The Analytics Manager will improve business results by giving tactical & strategic business solutions via applying his/her analytical skills using analytical data modelling against various supply chain problems. He/She will be responsible for providing analytics and certain degree of project management to the various projects and regular network capacity reviews for various BUs. This role utilizes network modelling, data management tools and visualization to drive sound, fact-based business decisions on the E2E supply network. This includes product sourcing, manufacturing footprint, capacity analysis, distribution network design and cost-to-serve analysis. * Models, assesses (costs, service, inventory) and validates scenario outputs using optimization, visualization and data management tools (e.g. Supply Chain Guru, Alteryx, Data Guru, Tableau, Power BI) and discusses it with relevant stakeholders * Maintains current knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques and works on continuous improvement through networking with internal stakeholders and external professional organizations, vendors, and support forums * Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda * Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance. * Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders * Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards * Stronghold in Data Management and Processing Tools (Alteryx/R/Prep) - Alteryx Preferred Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy Work Location: Remote, India Availability: Full time
