Job Title: Analyst Intercompany Accounting Shared Services Company: Search Advisers Services Guj Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end Intercompany Accounting across multiple entities. * Perform AP/AR Intercompany Reconciliations and resolve mismatches. * Review and reconcile Goods in Transit (GIT) balances and aging items. * Execute Netting \& Allocation Process (NAP) activities and settlements. * Reconcile and clear Hold/Suspense Accounts. * Analyze and resolve GRIR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) balances. * Prepare and post Journal Entries and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. * Support Month\-End, Quarter\-End and Year\-End Closing activities. * Perform variance analysis and ensure timely issue resolution. * Partner with global finance, procurement, operations, treasury, and business teams. * Maintain compliance with accounting policies, SOX, and internal controls. * Support internal and external audit requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Preferred: CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, ACCA. * Open to Work on Rotational Shifts. * 4\-1-2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, R2R, GL, or Shared Services. * Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GIT, GRIR, Journal Entries, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. * Experience in SSC, BPO, GCC, or Global Finance Operations environments. * ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar preferred.
