The incumbent would be responsible for analytics solutions that would shape customer acquisitions and organic growth roadmap. The role requires a strong background in data analytics and commercial card knowledge. * 2\+ years of experience with minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics and Economics). * Understanding of key Generative AI concepts and techniques, including prompt engineering techniques, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings/vector search, and agentic AI workflows. * Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results * Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors * Strong programming (SQL and Python) skills with experience in Machine Learning and Data Science * Ability to prioritize and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams/geographies Key Skills: Data Science Salary: INR 160000 - 650045 per yearly
