AM/DM - SAP-FICO/MM/SD Consultant

Role Objective: To define, assign, and manage organizational units within the Enterprise Structure while ensuring the seamless integration of SAP SD with MM and FI modules to support business processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Enterprise Structure & Master Data: Defining and assigning organizational units in the enterprise structure. Master Data Management: Creating and maintaining Customer Master, Material Master, Customer Info Records, and Condition Records. Business Partner Configuration: Determining Account Groups and Partner Functions. SD Process Management: Executing specialized sales processes including Rush Orders, Cash Cycle processes, Third-Party Sales, Inter-company Sales, and Consignment processes. Document Configuration: Configuring various document types for Sales, Delivery, and Billing. Determination Logic: Configuring Header level, Item level, and Schedule Line categories, alongside Shipping Point and Route determination. Logistics & Fulfillment: Managing Availability to Promise (ATP) and Return Order processing. Contract Management: Configuring Value Contracts and Quantity Contracts. Financial Integration: Implementing Credit Management through Automatic Credit Control. Business Mapping: Understanding existing business processes and mapping them into SAP. STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION: Internal: IT Project Teams, Finance (FI), Material Management (MM). External: External vendors and technology partners for EDI, IDOC, ALE. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional Experience: 7+ years proven exposure to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within manufacturing (Pharma preferred). Technical Expertise: Knowledge of IDOC, EDI, ALE. Expertise in Partner Determination, Shipping Point, Route Determination. Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, enterprise structuring, cross-module integration (SD-MM-FI). Academic: Bachelors or Master’s degree. SAP Certification preferred.

7+ years in Order-to-Cash cycle with SAP SD expertise. Knowledge of IDOC, EDI, ALE. Expertise in Partner Determination, Shipping Point, Route Determination. Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, enterprise structuring, cross-module integration (SD-MM-FI). SAP Certification preferred. Bachelors or Master’s degree.
