Job Title: AI Solutions Analyst- Business Transformation Company: Nordex Group Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Gather requirements, identify process improvements and AI use cases with business stakeholders. * Design, build and deploy copilots, chatbots and GenAI apps (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude). * Build RAG solutions on enterprise knowledge sources. * Integrate assistants with Teams, M365, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow or Jira. * Optimise prompts and workflows, monitor quality, apply Responsible AI practices. * Support PoCs, rollout, user adoption and continuous improvement. Work Location: Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time

Bridge between business and IT, who also builds and deploys AI assistants and copilots end\-to\-end, from requirements to adoption. Must have * 3–5 years in business analysis, digital solutions or AI delivery. * 1–2 years hands\-on with GenAI / LLM applications. * At least 2 AI bots or copilots delivered to production by yourself. * Practical RAG experience (vector search, enterprise data). * Cloud exposure (Azure preferred) and good Python or low\-code skills. * Strong stakeholder communication in English. * Experience with LangChain, Claude Code or Azure AI Foundry. * Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow integration. * Basic ML or MLOps/CI/CD understanding. * Operations or manufacturing domain knowledge.
