Qualifications * Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering) and interest in applying them to healthcare or pharmacy\-related data. * Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, and familiarity with libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit\-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch). * Basic understanding of data handling and analysis, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis; exposure to SQL or other data query tools is an asset. * Ability to write clear, maintainable code, follow version control practices (e.g., Git), and work within collaborative development workflows. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to learn quickly in a dynamic, remote environment. * Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work inclusively with cross\-functional teams. * Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * Interest in healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, or data\-driven platforms; prior project or internship experience in these areas is beneficial but not required.
