Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Company: Webknot technologies Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI \& LLM) Role: AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI \& LLM About the Role Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks. Develop LLM\-powered applications using LangChain, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures. Develop machine learning and deep learning solutions for AI\-driven business applications. Implement and evaluate prompt strategies, retrieval techniques, model outputs, and AI application performance. Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. Write clean, modular, maintainable, and efficient Python code following software engineering best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and machine learning and identify opportunities to apply them. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture documents, model evaluation reports, and implementation details. Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical implementation. Understanding of Git, version control, and software development best practices. Experience: 2\+ Years Required Skills \& Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. Experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with data preprocessing, data analysis, and working with structured/unstructured datasets. Good understanding of REST APIs and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask is preferred. Experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, or multi\-agent systems. Experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks. Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or Milvus. Experience deploying AI/ML applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience working with open\-source LLMs and model\-serving frameworks is an added advantage. Key Technical Skills A candidate with strong hands\-on experience on above listed technical skills . Ability to independently build an AI/ML application from requirement → data preparation → model/LLM integration → evaluation → API/application → deployment.
