AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Company: Dalil Information Technology | UAE Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy scalable AI\-powered solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building intelligent systems, implementing secure on\-premises AI environments, developing RAG\-based solutions, and delivering innovative AI capabilities that drive business value. Experience with Arabic language AI, MLOps, and production\-grade model deployment will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities * On\-premises AI implementation: Hands\-on experience deploying and operating DeepSeek and Qwen models on local GPU infrastructure, including model configuration, inference optimisation, API integration, and operation within secure, closed networks. * AI capabilities: LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, NLP, and model evaluation using LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph. * Arabic document processing: Experience with Arabic\-language AI, OCR, document summarisation, information extraction, and correspondence drafting. * Development: Python, REST APIs, backend automation, ETL pipelines, and data quality validation. * MLOps and infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment and monitoring. * Machine learning: Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, BERT, and XGBoost. * Monitoring: Grafana, CloudWatch, and Power BI. 4\+ years in developing and deploying production AI/ML and Generative AI systems.
