AI Engineers \- Key Responsibilities * Design and develop AI applications, including generative AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG) systems. * Build APIs and services that integrate AI models into enterprise applications. * Deploy and manage containerized AI workloads on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes. * Use Databricks to support data processing, experimentation, and machine learning workflows. * Improve solution quality, reliability, response times, and deployment processes through evaluation, monitoring, and automation. Data Scientists \- Key Responsibilities * Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, generate insights, and address business needs. * Develop, validate, and refine predictive models using machine learning and statistical methods. * Use Databricks for data preparation, feature engineering, experimentation, and model development. * Define meaningful evaluation metrics and communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders. * Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and monitor their performance in production.
