Job Title: AI Engineer/ Developer Company: FinXL Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: FinXL is looking for an experience Senior AI Engineer / Developer to play a pivotal role in delivering complex application development projects across cutting\-edge technology and digital platforms. you will specialize in either on\-premise cloud\-native or public cloud platform tooling, with the capability to design, implement, and optimize environments for both greenfield (new) implementations and brownfield (existing) setups. You will focus on building secure\-by\-design architectures, incorporating reusable patterns and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI services. * Lead the end\-to\-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions across on\-premise, public cloud, and hybrid environments. * Ensure all AI platforms comply with organizational security, governance, and regulatory frameworks through DevSecOps and secure\-by\-design principles. * Resolve highly complex technical issues, provide architectural guidance, and articulate technical concepts to stakeholders. * Collaborate with Data Scientists, Cyber Security, and Core Data teams to establish foundational capabilities while providing mentorship and best practice guidance to internal teams.
