AI Engineer

Simulation Lab is hiring for the role of AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business use cases. The role involves building intelligent automation systems, training predictive models, optimizing neural network architectures, handling large-scale datasets, and integrating AI services into cloud-native applications. The engineer will collaborate with product teams, software developers, and data engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven systems focused on analytics, automation, recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, and predictive intelligence. Responsibilities also include model deployment, feature engineering, monitoring production pipelines, improving inference performance, and researching emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Regression Modeling, Engineering Simulations, Predictive Analytics, Python AI Models along with hands-on experience in machine learning lifecycle management, model training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, statistical analysis, cloud-based AI infrastructure, REST API integration, and scalable data pipelines is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical thinking, Python programming skills, debugging abilities, and familiarity with modern AI frameworks and MLOps practices. Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics will be considered an added advantage.
