Your new role As an AI Engineer, you'll design, build and support production\-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value in a regulated environment. Build Next Generation AI Platforms In Financial Services Your new company What you'll need to succeed * c. 2\+ years' experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering or Data Engineering * Strong Python development skills and experience working with REST APIs, Git and automated testing * Proven experience building and deploying AI, ML or Generative AI solutions into production environments * Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD and production monitoring * Strong troubleshooting skills and experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources * Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility or similar AI platforms * Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, AI agents and orchestration frameworks * Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, security and privacy controls * Financial services or other regulated industry experience will be highly regarded What you'll get in return * Opportunity to work on enterprise\-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives with genuine business impact * Exposure to modern AI technologies including RAG, agentic AI and cloud\-native platforms If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
