Job Title: AI And Generative AI Senior Developer Company: EY Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Lead to design, build, and scale next\-generation AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and multi\-agent architectures. The role will focus on developing intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and autonomous execution across enterprise business processes. As a technical lead, you will drive the architecture and delivery of production\-grade Agentic AI platforms, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, APIs, and decision frameworks. You will mentor engineering teams, establish AI engineering best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high\-value opportunities for AI\-driven automation and augmentation. Responsibilities: * Design and implement enterprise\-scale Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, tools, memory, reasoning frameworks, and autonomous workflows. * Architect Generative AI systems where to solve complex business problems. * Work with other team members to implement and deploy AI Agents into production. * Monitor and manage AI systems in production to ensure that they are meeting performance and reliability requirements. * Develop and implement best practices for building, deploying, and managing AI systems. * Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in AI and apply new knowledge to our work. * Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions. * Mentor and guide junior engineers Work Location: Kerala, India Availability: Full time
