AGM – PURCHASE

Job Title: AGM – PURCHASE Company: Allena Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: To lead procurement activities, ensure timely availability of quality materials, develop reliable suppliers and optimise purchasing costs while maintaining uninterrupted production operations. 2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage end\-to\-end procurement of raw materials, castings, machined components, bought\-out parts and consumables. * Develop and manage suppliers from casting, machining and automotive component industries. * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery schedules. * Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production requirements. * Identify cost reduction opportunities through supplier development, negotiations and alternate sourcing. * Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and pricing. * Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Finance departments for smooth procurement operations. * Monitor purchase orders, pending deliveries and material shortages. * Establish long\-term supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company procurement policies. * Drive continuous improvement in procurement cost, supplier performance and inventory management. 3\. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * Purchase cost reduction and cost\-saving initiatives. * On\-time material delivery. * Supplier quality and rejection performance. * Supplier development and alternate sourcing. * Inventory control and material availability. * Purchase budget adherence. 4\. TECHNICAL \& MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES * Strong knowledge of casting, machining and automotive components. * Supplier development, negotiation and vendor management. * Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes and costing. * Understanding of procurement planning and inventory management. * ERP / SAP and MS Excel proficiency. * Leadership, analytical and decision\-making skills.
