Job Title: AEO/GEO Executive Company: Rexcel IT Services Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: AEO/GEO Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving brand visibility, and developing strategies to ensure our content gets recognised, referenced, and cited by AI\-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity. Roles \& Responsibilities * Develop and implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve brand visibility across AI\-powered search platforms. * Optimize website content to increase its chances of appearing in AI\-generated answers and search results. * Conduct keyword research, question\-based keyword research, and search intent analysis. * Create and optimise content using conversational, informative, and answer\-focused formats. * Work on FAQs, featured snippets, and structured content to improve search visibility. * Implement and optimise schema markup and structured data. * Monitor brand mentions, citations, and references across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. * Analyse competitors and identify opportunities to improve AI search visibility. * Work on entity optimisation, topical authority, and semantic SEO. * Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, and web developers to implement optimisation strategies. * Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools. * Stay updated with the latest AEO, GEO, SEO, and AI search trends. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Improvement in brand visibility across AI\-powered search platforms. * Growth in AI\-generated citations and brand mentions. * Improvement in organic search traffic and keyword rankings. * Increased visibility in Google AI Overviews and featured snippets. * Improvement in relevant website traffic and organic leads. * Good understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO concepts. * Knowledge of on\-page SEO and technical SEO. * Experience in keyword research and content optimization. * Understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, and entity optimization. * Basic knowledge of schema markup and structured data. * Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. * Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics. * Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. * Ability to work with content and technical teams. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field. * 2-3 years of experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, or digital marketing. * Hands\-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools will be preferred. * Candidates with practical knowledge of AI search optimization will have an added advantage. Preferred Candidate: Candidates who have a strong foundation in SEO and are interested in exploring AI\-driven search optimization are encouraged to apply.
