Job Title: Adjunct Faculty, Artificial Intelligence Company: Lincoln University of Business and Management Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Artificial Intelligence Faculty member to deliver high\-quality teaching and academic support in Artificial Intelligence and related computing disciplines. The ideal candidate should possess strong theoretical knowledge combined with practical experience in AI technologies and be capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging manner. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching, supporting learners, developing academic materials, assessing student work, and ensuring that programme delivery meets the required academic standards. Key Responsibilities * Deliver lectures, workshops, tutorials, and practical sessions in Artificial Intelligence and related subjects. * Teach topics including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Data Science, and AI Ethics as applicable to the programme. * Provide practical instruction using relevant programming languages, platforms, and AI tools. * Guide students in developing AI projects, assignments, case studies, and research work. * Prepare lesson plans, presentations, learning materials, practical exercises, and other academic resources. * Assess student assignments, projects, presentations, and other academic work in accordance with programme requirements. * Provide constructive academic feedback and additional support to students where required. * Support students in understanding the practical and business applications of Artificial Intelligence. * Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, assessment, and engagement. * Participate in academic meetings, faculty development activities, programme reviews, and quality assurance processes. * Ensure teaching and assessment practices comply with institutional policies and relevant awarding\-body requirements. * Stay updated with developments in Artificial Intelligence, particularly emerging technologies, tools, and industry practices. * Encourage responsible and ethical use of AI, including awareness of data privacy, bias, academic integrity, and responsible AI practices. * Support the development and continuous improvement of AI\-related programmes and course content. * Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by management. * Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * Excellent teaching and presentation skills. * Ability to translate technical AI concepts into understandable practical examples. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good academic writing, research, and assessment skills. * Ability to work with students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. * Strong organisational and time\-management skills. * Commitment to academic quality and continuous professional development. * Ability to integrate emerging AI technologies into teaching and learning. Qualifications \& Experience * Master's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. * Relevant teaching, training, or professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or related fields. * Strong understanding of machine learning and modern AI concepts. * Practical knowledge of Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks and tools. * Familiarity with technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI tools, and cloud\-based AI platforms would be advantageous. * Experience supervising student projects, dissertations, or applied AI projects would be an advantage. * Previous experience teaching professional, undergraduate, postgraduate, or vocational qualifications is preferred.
