Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Description
* Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and bank deposits.
* Audit Amazon/Flipkart settlements, commissions and deductions.
* Manage COD collections and courier reconciliations.
* Reconcile data across Shopify, ERP and bank transactions.
* Monitor DSO and collection dashboards.
* Implement financial control SOPs for POS operations.
* Manage corporate gifting and wholesale client accounts, wherever applicable.
* Ensure accurate revenue recognition across discounts, promotions and gift cards.
* Ensure GST and multi\-state tax compliance.
* Support month\-end closing and statutory/internal audits.
5\. Team Leadership \& Automation
* Lead and mentor junior AR analysts and billing coordinators.
* Automate manual data extraction and reconciliation processes.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Education \& Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
* 6–7\+ years of AR/revenue tracking experience in E\-commerce, D2C, Retail or FMCG.
* 1–2 years of team supervision experience.
