Accounts Payable Executive (UK Shift)

Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive (UK Shift) Company: BlesKart Solutions Private Limited SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: We are hiring an Accounts Payable professional for our UK shift. You will manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle for international clients, resolve client queries and handle client calls with confidence. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end P2P cycle: invoice processing, matching, approvals, payments and vendor reconciliations * Support the O2C cycle: billing, collections follow-up, cash application and receivables reporting * Maintain accurate records under foreign (UK) accounting standards and processes * Respond to client and vendor queries quickly and accurately * Handle client calls and update clients on status, queries and escalations * Prepare month-end reports and support closing activities * Follow company processes and meet deadlines and service levels Work Location: In person Work Location: PB, India Availability: Full time

Requirements * Good years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a good understanding of the full P2P and O2C cycle * Good experience in foreign accounting, preferably UK clients * Experience resolving client queries and managing client calls * Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence in client communication * Comfortable working the UK shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM) and a 5.5-day week * Working knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle (as applicable) * Graduate in Commerce, Accounting or a related field * Experience in an international BPO or outsourced accounting setup * Experience with UK VAT and payment processes Benefits: Key Skills: Billing Salary: INR 25000 - 50000 per monthly
