Job Description for Accounts Executive. Qualification: B.com, M.com. Company Name: Taxpert Professionals Private Limited. Location: Mumbai. Experience: 2 year of experience in Accounting in MUMBAI BASED COUNSULTING FIRM. Salary: Best As per skill sets & Industry Standard. Roles and Responsibilities. Finalisation of Financial Statements as per the Corporate Laws. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS report and Financial Statements. Coordinate with Internal and Statutory auditor for internal / statutory audits. Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting. Compliance with Taxation Laws and other Statutory Payments. Managing Bank Accounts of the Company and Monthly Reconciliation. Verification of issue of Debit Notes / Credit notes related to vendors and /or customers. Managing Fund flow, Cash flow & Working Capital requirement of the Company. Verification of Books of accounts maintained by Company. PT and PF calculations and payment. Desired Candidate Profile. Candidate must be a B.com M.com. Experience in working on Tally ERP 9, SAP, Winman and other ERP systems is a must. Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft word. Must have excellent communication in English. Industry Type Consulting Services. Employment Type Full Time.
