Job Title: Accounting / Finance - Product Owner (Finance Systems) (Contract) Company: Singapore Airlines SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description The successful candidate will join the Business Technology Department within the Finance Division. You will act as the Product Owner for Finance Systems, partnering closely with Finance business users, IT Division, and vendors to plan, design, and implement Finance digital initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of finance processes and how these functions are performed in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for Finance systems, ensuring alignment between Finance process needs and system capabilities. Lead business process reviews and formulate use cases with business users. Manage the end-to-end delivery for new projects and enhancements, including: * Requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation. * Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders for smooth delivery and achievement of business KPIs. * Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring business requirements are met. * Driving change management, communications, and post-implementation reviews. Provide Operational Support For Finance Systems * Guide users on system usage, authorisation, and administration. * Manage incident resolution and periodic system tasks. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Support audits and compliance reviews of Finance IT applications.
