Job Title: Accountant – Interior Fit-Out Company Company: Company: Exceptional Interior Decoration Company SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. * Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including supplier and client balances. * Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, expense reports, and related documentation. * Track project costs, expenses, budgets, and financial commitments. * Review supplier and subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents. * Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, and Operations teams regarding project costs and payments. * Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow reports. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Monitor company cash flow and maintain accurate bank records. * Assist with payroll, employee expenses, advances, and other accounting matters. * Support VAT and ZATCA-related accounting requirements. * Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. * Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records. * Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, banks, and auditors when required. * Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and applicable Saudi regulations. Exceptional Interior Decoration Company is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, preferably within interior fit-out, construction, or contracting, with practical knowledge of project costing, supplier and subcontractor payments, invoicing, expenses, VAT, and financial reporting. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience. * Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Experience with project costing and cost tracking. * Good knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements in Saudi Arabia. * Experience with supplier/subcontractor payments and client invoicing. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience with accounting software or ERP systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in project-based accounting within an interior fit-out or construction company will be highly considered. Experience with BOQs, project budgets, purchase orders, subcontractor payments, progress billing, and project expense tracking is an advantage.
