ABAP Developer

Job Title: ABAP Developer Company: Digital Biz Tech SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ABAP Developer with hands-on experience in SAP development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP programming, a deep understanding of SAP modules, and experience in modern SAP technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and support SAP applications using ABAP * Develop and enhance: * Reports (ALV, Interactive) * Interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs) * Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms) * Work on performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs * Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Implement enhancements using: * User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework * Support integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions * Contribute to SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformations * 7–12 years of strong hands-on experience in ABAP development * Expertise in: * Data Dictionary (DDIC) * Modularization techniques * Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) * Strong experience with: * Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF) * Experience in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP * Knowledge of debugging, performance tuning, and SQL optimization * Experience with SAP transport management and version control * Good understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and in team environments * Proactive mindset with attention to detail Work Location: India Availability: Full time
