Lead SAP PP and QM processes for S/4HANA projects including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, integration, training, and go-live support. Configure production planning, MRP, shop floor control, inspection lots, and quality notification processes. Coordinate with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, and enhancements while supporting cutover and hypercare activities. Optimize manufacturing and quality workflows across business units.

Design and configure SAP PP solutions covering MRP, PPDS, batch management, order execution, and variant configuration processes. Work on implementation and support projects involving repetitive and process manufacturing. Integrate SAP PP with MM, PM, WM, SD, and FI-CO modules while supporting testing and documentation activities. Provide consulting and process enhancement recommendations.

Manage SAP PP and QM modules for production planning, quality inspections, MRP execution, and manufacturing optimization. Configure BOM, routing, work centers, quality notifications, and inspection processes within SAP systems. Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Conduct training, UAT, documentation, and SAP enhancement support activities.

Handle SAP PPQM implementation and migration projects including MRP Live, forecasting, demand management, shop floor execution, and repetitive manufacturing. Configure PI Sheets, recipe management, batch management, and ECM functionalities within S/4HANA systems. Coordinate with technical teams for testing, deployment, and integration with MM, QM, SD, and CO modules. Prepare UAT documentation and provide end-user training support.
