The SAP SD Technical Consultant at Infosys will interface with clients for quality assurance,issue resolution,and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding requirements,reviewing designs,validating architecture,performing code reviews,conducting technical risk planning,and leading teams toward optimized code development and solution delivery.

The SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant will implement,configure,and support SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments. Responsibilities include client consultation,business process analysis,cloud integration with MM,FICO,and PP modules,testing,UAT,troubleshooting,end-user training,and post-implementation support.

Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP IBP security frameworks across enterprise environments. Duties include user provisioning, role creation, authorization management, access governance, security audits, compliance support, and troubleshooting security-related issues. The consultant will collaborate with business teams and SAP administrators to ensure secure access management while maintaining compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.

Provide first-level SAP SD and CRM support. Handle sales order, pricing, delivery, and billing-related issues. Coordinate with consultants, prepare SOP documents, support customer and material master maintenance, assist in UAT testing, and monitor recurring system issues.

Manage SAP warehouse operations including inventory management, physical inventory, bin management, put-away and removal strategies, inbound/outbound material movement, quality integration, and support operations.

Support APO implementation, rollout and upgrade projects, manage PPDS master data, heuristics planning, GATP and SCM KPI analysis.

Design, configure, customize, and implement SAP APO SNP solutions based on business requirements and supply chain planning processes. Enhance demand planning, supply network planning, and production planning/detailed scheduling functionalities. Integrate APO SNP with SAP modules and third-party applications, optimize planning strategies, improve supply chain efficiency, and support troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning activities. Work with business users to gather requirements, implement best practices, and ensure consistency and integrity across APO planning systems.

Manage Finance and Controlling incidents, changes and projects. Work on AR, AP, GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profit Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis. Support integrations, interfaces, master data management, IDOC/EDI processes and third-party system connectivity while ensuring SLA compliance.

Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, upgrade and enhancement projects. Configure FI and CO modules, gather business requirements, create functional specifications, perform testing and data migration activities, collaborate with business teams and support enterprise-wide S/4HANA finance transformations.

Lead and support SAP EWM implementations, rollouts and enhancements. Configure inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes, RF frameworks, handling unit management, labor management, slotting and warehouse integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
