This role focuses on Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning models; partner with Finance and FP&A teams; build reports and dashboards; manage data integration; deliver training; Workday Adaptive Planning certification mandatory. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting business objectives. Strong communication, ownership, and quality execution are expected throughout day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-7 years experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, Office Connect, data integration, Workday Financials, Adaptive Integration, security, training. They should demonstrate analytical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Relevant education and certifications are valued, and the ability to work effectively with business users is important.
