Job Description
This SAP BASIS role at Arpan Infrasolution requires 2 to 6 Years of experience in SAP BASIS and HANA with Migration and Upgrade experience mandatory. You will have S4HANA Conversion experience as an advantage, good at both implementation and support experience with both OS - Linux and Windows and HANA DB exposure. Daily responsibilities include day-to-day BASIS tasks (User Admin, Role Matrix, Authorization), integration experience of ERP to PO, working knowledge of high availability and DR environments, upgrades and add-on installation, Hana HA and DR experience, preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and developing SAP Technical standard Processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 2-6 years of experience in SAP BASIS and HANA with Migration and Upgrade experience mandatory. S4HANA Conversion experience is an advantage. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
