SAP BASIS Consultant @ Infosys

Roles and Responsibilities. Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, availability, and security. Perform kernel upgrades, user administration tasks such as profile creation and password resets, and system refreshes as needed. Monitor system logs using tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) to identify potential issues before they impact production operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems that require coordination across multiple systems. Ensure timely resolution of incidents through effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Desired Candidate Profile. 3-8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration on HANA platform. Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture and its components (e.g., EWA, OData). Proficiency in performing kernel upgrades, user administration tasks, system refreshes, and monitoring using various tools like ALM. Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A. or B.Com preferred).
